HATHA YOGA FOR MOMS

In pregnancy and childbirth our own bodies are reborn. Whether it is a few months or a few years after giving birth, this period can be an opportunity to establish new patterns in our bodies.
This class explores yoga practice and traditional poses with a new and deeper awareness of the body structured on a four week rotating basis with weekly emphasis on a specific topic :
Breath, The pelvic floor, The abdominals, Postural and strengthening work.
